Mismatch between dates in Avni and salesforce #108

The dates in Avni and that on salesforce is not the same. Salesforce is showing a day earlier than that was recorded on Avni. Eg. Avni shows as 25th October but Salesforce shows as 24th October - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n5MogvpbiGAWNnmTejpqzwP7PPgYT3Sb/view?usp=drive_link

Looks like Caused by incorrect parsing of timezone information. Should be fixable in the integration system
