AWS Deployment Failed

I am trying to deploy cp4d 4.6 into AWS but keeps failing on this error.

The following resource(s) failed to create: [ICPDInstallationCompleted].
WaitCondition received failed message: 'Configuration failed.' for uniqueId:

Could you help me to understand how to fix it? Thanks.
