What is your question?
IoT is disallowed in our organization. Do you have any guidance on removing IoT resources from the stack?

Hi @tpark-itops ,

IoT will not be used as long as the live data flag is not enabled. The solution does not deploy any IoT resources, it simply publishes the data to an IoT topic if the option is enabled, and the front end it will subscribe to that topic in order to receive the data.

Well, the solution does deploy resource type AWS::IoT:Policy.

I understand your issue now. Yes, it does deploy a policy. We will add this to our backlog to make this feature optional at solution launch.

This is added to our backlog and we will discuss it with our team to include it in one of our future releases.
