Production capable docker image?

The webiste (https://axelor.com/downloads/) suggests that you can install via docker just fine, however. This links to a Not for production use docker image at https://hub.docker.com/r/axelor/aos-preview-app

Is there not a docker image just for the open suite?

There is https://hub.docker.com/r/axelor/app-builder but it has no accompanying documentation to explain :/

I am lost here as well.
The project seems all powerfull, but it is very difficult to figure out what and how exactly you're supposed to run.

I spent a couple of hours trying to run the aos-preview-app docker just to bump into an end of the road and couldn't get the app running.
