What happened?

The system fails to reach RClone on port 5572, resulting in an error that occurs frequently when RClone is not set up.
The error message indicates that the system is unable to reach RClone, suggesting that the port might be occupied or blocked.

What should have happened?

The Cosmos system should handle the absence or improper setup of RClone gracefully, providing clear error messages or fallback mechanisms to avoid frequent failures. Or no massages because it is not set up.

How to reproduce the bug?

  1. Run the Cosmos without properly setting up RClone.
  2. Monitor the logs or system behavior for the error message.
  3. Observe that the error occurs frequently.
