Incompatibility with latest `bitcoind` (v28.0) #75

btc-staker doesn't seem to support the latest version of Bitcoin core (v28.0)

starting up stakerd crashes with the following error:

service injective.evm.v1beta1.Msg does not have cosmos.msg.v1.service proto annotation
time="2024-10-17T13:35:16+01:00" level=error msg="failed to create staker app: status code: 401, response: \"\""

this is fixed by downgrading to Bitcoin core v26.0

im testing with:

euphrates-0.5.0-rc.0 484bcb8 , latest on branch base/consumer-chain-support
Apple M1 MBP
