[Wallet] Add bbn-wallet-connect support

Add the support of https://github.com/babylonlabs-io/bbn-wallet-connect/

Scope of this ticket:

• BBN wallet connect library should be able to provide native BTC (OKX) and native BBN (Keplr)

Functionality (Inscriptions, etc) of the simple-staking should be the same
There might be some UI/UX issues that can be extracted as separate PRs
Tomo wallet connect can be a separate PR
