Enable preview button whenever the staking form is valid #48

The PREVIEW button is disable even though I put the correct amount

Steps to reproduce:

Connect wallet
Select Finality Provider
Put the valid amount (e.g 0.005) but don’t click anywhere else.

We shall expect the preview button is enabled as all staking conditions has been satisfied.
