I have encountered an issue while executing the 'comorbidity_summary' example on my dataset. The error message is as follows:
This error is attributed to the 'ICD10.file' input. I procured the 'Data-Coding 19' dataset from the provided link and utilized it for the 'ICD10.file', which resulted in the aforementioned error. However, when I switched to using 'covid_example("ICD10.coding19.txt.gz")', the process was executed without any issues. Upon reviewing your 'ICD10.coding19.txt.gz' file, I noticed discrepancies; it cllassfies the ICD into blocks and has five columns labeled V1 to V5, which differ from the official 'coding19.txt'.
I am uncertain whether I can directly apply your 'ICD10.coding19.txt.gz' to my dataset, as it may contain elements that are not pertinent to my data. Could you please advise on how I might obtain this file from the UK Biobank or how to transform my current file to match the required format? Additionally, could you elucidate the significance of columns V1 to V5?
