Use outline to indicate potentially expandable click targets #12

I always click in space that seems to be blank, but is actually part of an expandable <li>. This adds a visual indication of DOM reality.

Hm, I wonder if it would be better to instead restrict the clickable target to the text portion. Thoughts?

No strong preference. Anything works for me with sufficient cues.

Well, I'll land this for now and maybe switch to instead have smaller clickable targets later.
