HI,I have tried the last release,the 15.0.1,15.1 all couldn't enter the install,but sonama is ok. My pro4 is I7

@wingjson I replied to you in the other closed issue.

I asked; what SSD model do you have in your SP4? Microsoft used two different SSD brands in their devices. Some of those devices will not work without the nvmefix.kext working. Currently that kext is not updated for Sequoia which is likely your issue. Mine is one of the supported versions which is why mine successfully updates to Sequoia 15.1.

I suspect you have one of the SSD's that macOS does not natively support and so you will have to wait till that kext officially gets updated.

That kext is outside my control to update and so all I can do is put a warning on the Sequoia release pending full nvme support being added.

For now you will need to remain on Sonoma until nvmefix.kext is official updated on its repo.

Sorry i don't see the comment,my ssd model is SAMSUNG PM951 512g

@wingjson As I suspected. You do have one of the macOS unsupported drives. In Sonoma and lower the kext that will allow it to work is working but not yet for Sequoia. You unfortunately will need to wait till it's supported before you can upgrade.
