(suggestion) Instantly select part using Shift+[pad] in Part Mute or Keyboard

I assume this to be a very easy to implement addition that would make the workflow of the electribe a lot more direct.
Personally I have been spending a lot of time pressing the part prev/next buttons, and avoiding "instant" selection by holding any of the mode buttons and then pressing a pad, since that switches the mode, which is annoying and makes it non-instant.

I think [Shift + Pad] should always be the menu shortcuts, whatever pad mode is selected. I could probably make it so we hold one of the part select arrows and press a pad to select its part without changing mode. Perhaps [Left + Pad] could silently select the part and [Right + Pad] could select the pad and press it, activating the function for whatever pad mode is currently selected.
