Write out reconstruction error and train / validation error during dbn training to log file.

We should make log files for each model at some point for these values over the period of training, so we can inspect performance metrics on old models.

Ideas:

• Chart performance either in matlab or some other graphing tool, generate pdfs so we can inspect them easily.
  • Put model params in the title of the graph!
