ScrollView + Vertical pinch doesn't work in version 3.0.8 #21

I have cropper inside vertical ScrollView, and vertical pinch gesture is hardly working on version 3.x, however it was working well on 2.x. Looks like ScrollView has priority for pinch gesture on version 3.x. Any ideas about solution?
