On sign-up, place the user in the catalog creation flow

At some point, we'll have to separate sign-up flows between customers & bartenders. But for now, we know that the user is new, so direct them to the catalog creation. This is based on our on-boarding flow of:

1. User makes an account
2. User creates their catalog w/ at least one drink
3. User is either a) directed to their dashboard w/ the option to make a menu or start a session or b) directed into starting their first session w/ the catalog they just chose as the menu

^ TBD, this is just an issue for taking them from sign-up into the catalog creation
