Em CFeVenda, na entidade Emitente, o campo indRatISSQN e' obrigatorio.
Vejo 2 possiveis solucoes, a mais simples e' atualizar a documentacao. Outa solucao possivel seria alterar em entidades.py, mas imagino que isso tenha outras implicacoes no software.
