Recommend moving to Basho-Labs account #8

It's been brought to my attention that this repository is now a community best effort project. Based on that, I'd like to migrate it to Basho Labs as per our process so far. It can then get a pretty CONTRIBUTING file like this one.

Is that okay with you @broach?
