Fehler in der sleep for (index) milliseconds-Funktion bei Werten <1000
Die normale sleep-Funktion mit Zahlenangabe funktioniert, die mit Variablenwert nicht

Kann es sein, dass der Fehler an der automatischen Typzuweisung in Python liegt - 900/1000 = 0 z.B. und 900/1000.0 = 0.9
