How to push to production

1. Push prisma if you've changed the db
1.1. Change backend/variables.env to production prisma endpoint
1.2. Run '$ npm run deploy' from backend

2. Push Yoga
2.1. Run the following, from top level folder

    git status
    git add .
    git status
    git commit -m 'whatever'
    git subtree push --prefix backend heroku-backend master

3. Push NextJS
3.1. Run the following, from top level folder

    git status
    git add .
    git status
    git commit -m 'pushing to master and heroku'
    git subtree push --prefix frontend heroku-frontend master
