Hello!
Per these option details, I was trying to output a singular (top?) taxid and ssciname staxids Unique Subject Taxonomy ID(s), separated by a ’;’ (in numerical order). This field requires setting the --taxonmap parameter for makedb.
When running command-line blast, for example, including either "staxid" or "staxids" will give output.
However when running Diamond, I can only get output using "staxids" which runs fine, just with multiple ids.
When I try staxid, I get error Error: Invalid output field: staxid
Thanks, Eric
