Describe the task
A couple of UI/UX changes needed in NMP:

Reorder for Fertilizer Type: Liquid Fertilizer, Liquid Fertilizer (Custom), Dry Fertilizer, Dry Fertilizer (Custom)
When Liquid Fertilizer (Custom) is selected, boxes for %s N, P2O5, and K2O fit on the same row
