Fertigation Calculation issues and Updates

Describe the Bug
Please refer to the fert ppt for all issues to fix/update. 4 Calculation corrections and 3 ui updates.

The math is in the Fertigation math spreadsheet, SOLID tab.

Definition of Done

• Correct unit conversions on solubility assessment
• Change the solubility of Ammonium nitrate
• Correct to Applied Nutrients calculation
• Correct total product volume calculations
• When Dry Fertilizer is selected and the Solubility Assessment returns the “Reduce the amount to dissolve” message, the Nutrient Concentration In Stock Solution area should not display any calculations​
• For both Dry Fertilizer and Dry Fertilizer Custom, add a second Nutrient Concentration In Stock Solution calculation in kg/L.
• For both Dry Fertilizer and Dry Fertilizer Custom, can you add an information icon after Solubility Assessment? When clicked it should read: Determines if the fertilizer will fully dissolve based on its solubility, the total volume to apply, and the amount of fertilizer.​ Please add text to static data.​
