Being contributed via openwallet-foundation/didcomm-mediator-credo#29 which is based on didcomm-mediator-socketdock

Updates openwallet-foundation/didcomm-mediator-credo#29. To make SocketDock work with Credo there need to be some changes to credo/core. Discussion at the user group to continue this Thursday.
