PIN screen improvements: Forgot your PIN, inline error, version number

Description of feature / user story

These are improvements that help with the support of users who are having issues with their PIN. This includes:

• Adding a For your PIN? button that enabled a pop up that details next steps if a user forgets their PIN. This is to inform users of this, rather than emailing support
• Improving the language when an incorrect PIN has been inputted. To ensure that users are clear what the consequences are if they try too many times
• Adding the version number to the screen. To ensure that users can be made aware of the app version if they are unable to move past the PIN screen.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a Forgot your PIN? button (link) that triggers a notification pop up.
• Update the inline error language to display number of attempts user still has before the application becomes locked.
• Add the version number below the buttons.
