Background

It doesn't make sense to keep notifications (proof requests, credential offers, messages, etc.) from deleted contacts. They should all be removed alongside the removal of a contact

Related bug: #2349

Acceptance Criteria

Given the holder still has existing messages/notifications/requests/offers from a contact
When the holder deleted the contact
Then the associated messages/notifications/requests/offers from a contact are deleted from the notifications list
