Describe the Bug
In the Fuel Supply Section of the compliance report, the Default CI (Carbon Intensity) column for the "Other" fuel type is not populating correctly across all three fuel categories:

  1. Diesel
  2. Gasoline
  3. Jet Fuel

When a user selects "Other" as the fuel type, the system should display the appropriate Default CI values specific to each category.

Expected Behaviour
When a user selects "Other" fuel type in any category:

  • Diesel: The Default CI column should populate the correct value (100.21)
  • Gasoline: The Default CI column should populate the correct value (93.67)
  • Jet Fuel: The Default CI column should populate the correct value (88.83)

Default CI values must align with predefined values for the "Other" fuel type.

Actual Behaviour

  • The Default CI column does not display the correct default values for the "Other" fuel type in any of the three categories.
  • This may result in incomplete or inaccurate compliance reporting.

Implications

  • Users are unable to report "Other" fuel types accurately, leading to potential compliance issues.
  • Default CI values must be accurate to ensure correct compliance unit calculations.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role: BCeID

  1. Navigate to the Fuel Supply Section of the compliance report.
  2. Add a new row and select "Other" as the fuel type.
  3. Select any of the three categories: Diesel, Gasoline, or Jet Fuel.
  4. Observe that the Default CI column does not populate with the correct predefined value.
