Feature Descriptions

Enables carbon credits transfers between Fuel Suppliers to be proposed, authorized, and approved. Also enables credits to be awarded by the Government to the Fuel Suppliers

Fuel Suppliers can use this features to post an opportunities to buy or sell credits. It would also be possible for government to post opportunities to fuel suppliers to be awarded credits.

Permits system users to subscribe to receive email or text messages when the status of a transaction changes

Provide a means to GET(select existing records), PUSH(create new records), PUT(update records) and DELETE information from the Database. It supports all systems interactions with the Database.

Create and manage users, roles, and permissions. This may include integration with WEBADE.

Controls the access to the system and provides security for the user credentials. This includes Authentication through Siteminder

Collects fuel supply and fuel transfer information and evaluates compliance
