Install

sudo make install

Test Installation

sudo make test

Check PHP Version

/opt/php/php8/bin/php -v

Check PHP ini Path

/opt/php/php8/bin/php --ini

Laravel Project with Latest PHP

export PATH="$PATH:/opt/php/php8/bin"
wget https://getcomposer.org/composer.phar
php composer.phar create-project laravel/laravel appmylara
cd appmylara
php ../composer.phar install --ignore-platform-reqs
php artisan key:generate
php artisan serve

These commands will install and update all the packages regardless of the version conflicts.

composer update --ignore-platform-reqs

Routine Run

cd php-src
git pull --rebase
./buildconf --force
./config.nice
make -j $(nproc)
sudo make install
