feature request : script to automate multi-cluster cpod for tanzu multi-zone #1

as a user, i'd like to run a script that:

transforms an existing multi esx host single cluster cpod into a multi cluster cpod.
cluster should be named as zones
ideally, vsan enabled per cluster

vEDW added the enhancement label
