1. Are there any user complaints about the current behavior?

Say Beeminder sent out the push notification for the beemergency that some goal needs another 300 steps before midnight. Then I get it done. The goal is no longer in the red and both the app and website will show this. However, the now outdated notification will still be available if it had not already been dismissed manually.

Krugerk suggests these be removed or updated in place. This is related to "now safe" notifications in Beedroid, which we decided were a bad idea.

Note from krugerk: Notifications can be updated by reusing the request identifier.
