You can enter data by replying to this or any other email from
[email protected] (you can enter multiple datapoints at once, one
per line).

When entering data you can use a caret to mean "today" and a
double-caret for "yesterday":
^^ 5 "ate 3 servings of broccoli and 2 apples yesterday"
^ 0 "doh, somehow ate zero veggies today"

Should we expect most tips to be meta tips and adjust the blurb that's like "here's the tip of the day from our resident fitness expert" to just be like "here's the tip of the day" and then we don't need the tips to preface themselves with "here's a met tip"? I think the question is answering itself... (It also means we'll want the melzafit tips to be more explicit in crediting her)

ANSWER: yes, as I freshen these tips, i'm removing the "as a meta-tip" and adding melzafit attribution as needed.
