Once published to the WordPress.org repository, both the Beeminder community and the global WP community can contribute to translating the plugin into any of the world's languages via this handy tool (one of the many benefits of publishing to .org). But to do so requires wrapping all coded user-visible strings in localization functions. That is this task.
