Automate caddy and mkcert so full https locally

It can be outside docker too by just wrapping calls to it if your want to automate this in .

Feel free to create a PR with an example to setup bobc with caddy and mkcert. Bobc will not natively integrate with any reverse proxy but it would be very beneficial to have examples how to set it up with specific proxies in mind.
