C-100 Androgynous Docking Mechanism "bricks" game after manipulation with EVA construction.

I accidentally placed Active mechanism on my station instead of Passive, I tried removing it, and this happens. By bricking I mean no saving, no switching vessels, no going to space center/tracking station, no going to main menu, and for some reason duplicates kerbal when entering MMSV rover, anything else work fine.
