PeakRDL-opentitan

This package implements OpenTitan hjson import and export for the PeakRDL toolchain.

• Export: Convert compiled SystemRDL input into OpenTitan regtool hjson
• Import: Read an OpenTitan regtool hjson file and import it into the systemrdl-compiler namespace, or write to SystemRDL file
