In your RTL9210B_CG_UGREEN.cfg you have:

SCSI_PRODUCT = "n/a"
SCSI_VENDOR = "n/a"

This will make the updater write the strings as "n/a " into the firmware and the device will show up as n/a n/a in the device tree of the update tool afterwards. Also, when dumping the details again, you'll see the additional spaces in the dumped string.

However, the original branding had these fields not set (which is why they show up as "n/a" - no spaces - in the dump) and the enclosure showed up as Realtek RTL9210B in the device tree. After omitting these 2 lines from my config file and writing the PG again, it was back to the original behaviour.
