Add a setting to control how long ago a song must have been played in order to be played again.

The last system I used (not mpd based) seemed to repeat certain songs more than would be expected (30K tracks in collection). I was never sure if it was my imagination. I get the same impression from mpdj so am leaning towards "imagining things". At some point I can take a look at understanding if there is less random than expected.

The idea behind this was more to prevent the unlikely but possible event of having a song play twice in a row. The randomness should be suitable, but if you want to verify this, you could set up an instance with a bunch of short music files and have it output the names of the songs it picks. After running for a while you can see how well distributed the songs are.
