Downloading with the extension sends me to 404

Hi,
Have you restarted your server before trying to download?
I tried to use the download button right away and got 404. Then I remembered I should probaly restart the user server, and it worked.

Restarting jupyter server fixes this.

What if I don't have access to ssh to restart the jupyter server? Is there still a way to install nbzip and not receive this error?
Or is there a way to restart jupyter server from within the jupyter?
