Sur ce projet, le demandeur a mis son projet en pause.

La page du CRM qui indique les rappels passés et futurs dit qu'un rappel est prévu malgré cela.

Aucun rappel ne devrait partir sur un projet en pause : vérifier que c'est bien le cas et éventuellement corriger ce que dit le CRM si "il est mal informé" ;)
