May be we could make system must run in some Condition ?

For my personal feeling, system could run without Condition like State, is a foot gun.

almost every game, need State, like MainMenu, InGame.

if I new a system, forget add State limit, this system can run in MainMenu and InGame and all SubState, sometimes it's hard to find out reason.

if a system really need run without Condition limit, I think it should be like

.add_systems(Update, menu.run_if(in_all_condition()))
