Description

Legion - T2 Air - Phoenix,
Legion - T2 Bot - Incinerator (Mammoth),

Both being heatrays dont consume E when firing.

Expected Behaviour

E drain.

Actual Behaviour

Not.

It has energy cost in unitdef.
