It would be very useful to have the name of the gene/protein in the headers of the multifasta collection of proteins (in the outputfile file with sequences in nucleotides and in the file in aminoacids). Thus, by instance in BLAST results comparing with other strain proteome you could have an idea of the functionality of each gene/protein.
