Hi,

Is it possible to change this to use https://thevirustracker.com/api#CountryTotals as Rapid API seem to have changed the service to a paid service?

You could use the following for country stats:
https://api.thevirustracker.com/free-api?countryTotals=ALL

And the below for world stats:
https://api.thevirustracker.com/free-api?global=stats
