Right now this is not displayed in any way in the UI, which is illogical as other changes are.

It could be enough to simply mark the user as "updated" if nothing else than the add emails have changed. Probably not worth it to fill the page with more details like this.

Not critical and I have more important tasks on my plate right now, so setting for v1.1. Might reprioritize later.
