Automatically confirm user email if they click "claim bike" from welcome email #844

If a user follows a link to claim their bike

That email link should include a token and the user's email
We should store the email and token (probably in session)
If they sign up, we should submit the stored email and token - and confirm their account automatically (since they have responded to an email from that account)

This is related to #570

sethherr added the Authentication label
