Connecting via solaredge gateway

I had wifi issues with the inverter so the installers connected the solaredge gateway device which seems like it establishes a connection directly to the inverter and the device is hardwired to my network switch.
connection to the app hasn’t dropped out and it updates power usage in real time on the app, I can see constant fluctuations in usage if I turn on appliances

I cannot however get this to load in the HA integration. I’ve tried the enabling the wifi on the inverter itself but this obviously times out eventually
I’ve out the IP address of both the gateway and of the inverter in the config and it doesn’t work…

any advice???
