Hi,

just a minor issue - you're using the short option '-tf' for two different command line arguments:

deepgoplus/predict.py

Line 21 in 585d9c5

    
           @ck.option('--annotations-file', '-tf', default='data/train_data.pkl', help='Experimental annotations')

I assume it was supposed to be '-af' for '--annotations-file'?
