Get best optima with fewest #cells
Test different #cells
Include (umap) torus-plot and perst.homology
Optimise using different initial distributions of phases
What is the learned (optimal) phase distribution

Test wether uniform
Infer distribution?
Symmetries in distribution?

Investigate effect of pruning (optimal) phases
Compare with SQUARE pattern
Compare with other aptterns with more degrees of freedom (e.g. band cells)
