Hi! What is your OS and version? |
Host OS is windows 10 20H2 64-bit. I have many other linux VM's that are running just fine with on this machine. Do you know what the problem might be? Also, my virtualbox version is 16.1.16 |
No sorry, I don't.
Never exported Windows disks, only Linux.

Actually what i meant was the host os is windows 10 (the OS I am using with to run the virtualbox host), the guest os is Debian 10 Buster (my Google Cloud Instance that I exported with your script). I should have made that more clear. Do you have any idea how i could debug this? I'm open for suggestions. |
Hi, I just tried your script on my google cloud server. I am trying to export my google cloud to a vmdk file as a backup to run on virtualbox. When I boot up the image, there are some messages about missing serial, among other things, and eventually I get this screen.
I followed your instructions, but i am not sure what the problem is. In the end of the screenshot it says dropping to a shell, but that never happens, and I cannot login, enter commands, or do anything. Please help and let me know what is wrong
