Login Password issue

Hello, everyone,
I've installed COEUS. But for any pages, it needs the username and password. I've checked everything in tomcat users xml file. But it still has a problem. Can Anyone give me a solution?

To enable access you must either add a username/password combination to your tomcat-users.xml file on the Tomcat application server:
It is also recommended that you check the write permissions of the tomcat webapps folder.
